BRAND CREATION ASPLEY
A brand you feel proud of.
And comfortable being.
I’m Lauren, a brand designer in Aspley, Brisbane. I help business owners find a clear, consistent way to express who they are, from their logo and colours to the words and everyday details that bring a brand to life.

IT STARTS WITH UNDERSTANDING YOU
Your story deserves
a thoughtful beginning.
A brand should feel connected to the business behind it. Before we choose colours or typefaces, I want to understand what you do, what matters to you and how you want people to feel when they find you.
You might be starting fresh, bringing different parts of your business together, or realising that your current identity no longer fits. I’ll help you put those thoughts into words and find a direction that feels like your next chapter.
THE DETAILS THAT WORK TOGETHER
One clear identity.
Many thoughtful touchpoints.
Visual identity
Logo design, colour palette and typography that work together. We consider how the identity will appear on your website, social media and everyday business materials.
Words with personality
Your brand story, tagline and tone of voice, shaped around your audience and the way you want to communicate. Clear and recognisable, with your personality intact.
Assets you can use
Editable Canva templates, social media graphics, business cards and email signatures can form part of your package. We choose the pieces your business actually needs.
Photography and artistic direction can also be discussed. The final deliverables are agreed in your personalised quote, so you know which assets, formats and support are included.

A COLLABORATIVE PROCESS
You don’t have to find
the right words alone.
We talk through your business, gather references and explore a visual direction together. Your feedback helps us refine the details. You can tell me what you love, what feels wrong and what you can’t quite explain yet.
My teaching background has made me patient with questions. My experience building businesses and developing a cosmetics range has shown me how a brand needs to work in real life, across products, services and customer conversations.
MADE FOR YOUR NEXT STEP
A little more confidence
when you show up.
The aim is a brand you understand and can use consistently. If your website needs to reflect the new direction too, we can connect your website design and brand work in one agreed project. If the bigger business picture needs attention first, a consulting conversation can help clarify your priorities.
You’ll work directly with me. Learn more about Lauren and the experience behind the work, or browse the existing portfolio.
A BRAND THAT WORKS IN EVERYDAY LIFE
More than a logo.
A clear way to show up.
Your visual foundations
A logo is one part of your identity. Colours, fonts, image direction and spacing help the rest of your business feel consistent. We consider where you will use the design, from a small social profile picture to a website header or printed card, before agreeing the assets you need.
Your message and voice
Your brand should make it easier to explain what you do. We can work through your audience, what matters to them and how you describe your offer. The aim is language that sounds like you and gives customers a clear understanding of your business.
Your practical toolkit
We discuss useful logo formats, colour references, font choices and any editable Canva templates before the work begins. You might need a small set of social templates or a wider collection of business materials. The quote sets out what you will receive and any separate printing or licensing costs.
NEW BRAND OR A GENTLE REFRESH?
Keep what people recognise.
Refine what no longer fits.
If you already love your logo, starting again may not be the right answer. A refresh can bring more consistency to your typography, colours, images and layouts while retaining the details that make the business recognisable. We begin by identifying what you want to keep.
A fuller brand project may suit a new business, a change in audience or an offer that has grown beyond the original identity. We explore the reason for the change before deciding how much needs to be redesigned.
A useful starting brief
Tell me what your business offers, who you want to reach and what feels difficult about your current brand. Bring any existing logo files and a few references you like or dislike. Even a simple explanation of why something feels right can guide the direction.
If your business offer itself still feels unclear, business consulting can help you work through that first. When the brand direction is clear, we can carry it into your website design.
Before we begin
Can you work with my existing logo?
Yes. We can discuss whether you need a complete new identity or a more consistent use of the logo, colours, typography and materials you already have.
Will I be able to edit my own graphics?
Editable Canva templates can be included in your agreed package. We’ll discuss what you use most often and which templates would make everyday updates easier.
Do I need to know my style before contacting you?
No. Examples of things you like can be useful, but you don’t need a finished moodboard or a design vocabulary. We can explore the direction together.
Do you work outside Aspley?
I’m based in Aspley, Brisbane, and can collaborate online with business owners across Australia. Your brand package is tailored after we discuss your needs.
YOUR BRAND PROJECT
A little more clarity before we begin.
How much does brand design cost?
The cost depends on whether you need a logo refinement, a new visual identity, messaging or a broader set of materials. Tell me which items you use and what you hope to change. I’ll provide a personalised quote with the deliverables and scope before you decide.
How do feedback and revisions work?
We agree the review process as part of your project. I’ll ask for your thoughts on the direction and the details, including what does not feel like you. Timing and the extent of revisions are clarified in the scope so there is room for useful feedback and a clear path to completion.
Can my new brand be used on my website?
Yes. Brand and website work can be planned together, or your brand assets can form the starting point for a later website project. We agree the formats and guidance you need so the identity can be used consistently.
A CONVERSATION IS A GOOD PLACE TO START
Let’s create something
that feels like your business.
Tell me what you’re building and what you would love your brand to say about you. We’ll start there.
